Wow, ';gosh';. Ya know, it wouldn't suprise me. I know that Lancome are made by l'oreal, and so are probabaly the same products. Makeup is actually very cheap to produce. ELF costs the same to make as MAC does, you just end up paying for the name. I myself have seen similarites between gosh and MAC - both makeups are very high quality, and they have the same sort of bright colours. Maybe, to test your theory, get a coloured liner of eyeshadow from each brand. Test the texture of it, how long it stays during the day and the amount of pigments (colour) in them. But I think that they probably are the same. Thats why I usually buy high street makeup.
