Max Factor, CoverGirl, Maybelline, Rimmel, and Loreal ALL test on animals! Go to http://www.caringconsumer.com for a full list of cruelty-free cosmetics, perfumes, and hair products. I know that Wet n' Wild, Revlon, E.L.F., Jane Cosmetics, Almay, and Revlon don't do animal testing, but this website shows you so many more companies that don't do animal testing.Cruelty-Free, CHEAP Cosmetics?
if your in Aus, you can try having a Nutrimetics or body shop party, both cruelty free, and as the hostess you can score free gifts and discounts.
i dint know maybelline tested on animals! omg Xl
Covergirl tests on animals, I REPEAT, COVERGIRL TESTS ON ANIMALS. Just thought you should know since you're looking for cruelty-free.

Rimmel is pretty cheap, as is Max Factor. They have great mascaras. Also, Wet 'n' Wild had made an amazing comeback with wonderful products as well. New York Color is also very awesome. These are all cheap and cruelty-free.

Hope this helps! :)
Jane Cosmetics, Wet %26amp; Wild all do not test on animals. Wet %26amp; Wild's cosmetics have gotten so much better over the years and they are still cheap!
