Are MAC cosmetics cheaper at the airport?

Going to australia soon for year , so need to stock up on mac. im flying from heathrow - is it cheaper to buy from there or same price? also i stop in hong kong on the way to oz, and i know they have a mac store in the airport so wondering if it cheaper to buy there or buy from heathrow?Are MAC cosmetics cheaper at the airport?

Heathrow didnt have MAC last time I flew from there . You may find them cheaper at Hong Hong though xx
last time i went to the airport, the prices are the same for mac as they were from any other mac store....

check but I've looking in several ariports (Germany Amsterdam and Mexico airports) and I still think eBay is cheaper for Mac products

we have mac here in australia, you can find it at most shopping centers. however it's much more expensive then in the US at least (lipstick $35).





flying out of the sydney airport mac is much cheaper (more so then other makeup brands), but i don't think they have a counter flying in.





if there is a mac counter at other airports i'm sure they'll be cheaper, otherwise what's the point of buying duty free?
The Hong Kong airport's MAC is ridiculously expensive (compared to the US). In all airports, cosmetics are crazy except in the Duty-Free stores. Only iPods and stuff are cheaper in Hong Kong as far as I know.





I don't know about Heathrow, but since MAC is never in Duty-Free, I wouldn't buy it in an airport. MAC Cosmetics sold in Australian dept. stores like Myer are also overpriced, and it's just not worth it with the rising Aussie dollar.





IMO, buy from Ebay :) Or get it online from a makeup site (strawberrynet.net had discounted MAC Studio Fix for awhile, but it sold out...but they might get more soon!)
