Cosmetic is duty free and should be cheap enough but you need to have figure to compare India %26amp; S'pore. The cheaper type will be from Indonesia or the unknown brands, but good..... many at shopping centre for you to search.

Impulse perfume. They sell in bulk of 10 aerosol cans cheap..
