They might be cheaper, but do you want to chance having something done at a spa?? I sure wouldn't. Spas are fine for massages, manicures and pedicures, but not cosmetic procedures. They get so little training you have no idea what you will end up with. Could be really bad.
So go to a board certified dermatologist or board certified plastic/cosmetic surgeon. If you want to IMPROVE your looks, why wouldn't you get the best?
