Where to buy the cheapest cosmetics in Singapore?

I am a secondary school student in singapore and does not have lots of cash to spend on cosmetics. Thus i am looking for the best place to buy cosmetics without spending lots of money.Where to buy the cheapest cosmetics in Singapore?
depends on the brand you looking for.you can get branded but slightly cheaper at airport duty free shop or mustafa shopping centre at serangoon roadWhere to buy the cheapest cosmetics in Singapore?
Try the second floor above People's Park hawker centre.
best place in terms of store would be at guardian/watsons. i think the cheapest branded item would be silkygirl cosmetics. go to one that is big, like the outlets at tampines mall(both) or eastpoint(watsons only). its apparently a pretty good brand considering the amount it costs. doesnt hurt to just drop by and check them out. i love hanging out at guardian and watsons. its a haven. anyhos, yup do try that. if u wanna try an item that is selling at US$1 in the united states, try going to yahoo! singapore auctions and type in 'e.l.f.'. there are some ppl who buy a tonne and bring back to s'pore and sell it. its an average of S$4 an item for stuff like concealers, cover-up, lip gloss, eyeshadows, mascara, eyeliner, and the rest of your basics. think if you want to purchase their brushes might be a tad bit more, like S$5. some sellers such as 'goslim2005' and 'bubblegum_kimoko' provide free postage to your house, so thats a plusssssss in my books. its the newest thing in US and its worth the money u spend on it. plus if it doesnt suit your preference, you wont feel terrible for spending like $20 bucks or more on the item. whether u like it depends on your skin condition, how u apply it and if it sets well on your face. other than that, you can check out their website www.eyeslipsface.com and decide if you wanna buy it and what shade/colour etc. for watsons and guardian, their discount prices are pretty wikked as well, so if u can tahan and have patience, wait till theres an offer. if not, GO FOR IT! buy one item at a time so u wont feel the pinch as much and u wont feel so bad.
u can try SASA, watsons and guardian pharmacy.
