This is a great question. I've never heard this but I spend a ton on Clinique so I'm interested in seeing if this is true.Is Almay the cosmetic brand that is the same as Clinique but cheaper?
I would say yes, I am happy with both, but I prefer almay because of the price, other then that I don't feel the difference.
