Hi, I'm looking for a place to buy cheap cosmetic pigments?

I need to buy them online, so the store would need a website or a website where I could buy them. I know that the quality will be lower if they are cheap, but the quality isn't that important to me. It's just for a few make up experiments. Of course, I'd prefer better quality, but the quality isn't the main factor. Since it's only for experimenting, I'm not going to waste money on buying MAC or other higher end pigments. And I've already looked on ebay, so anything besides that please. Ipukeglamour.com sells samples of MAC pigments from $1-5. HiP pigments are okay, but they're only a few dollars less than MAC and come in a TINY container, while as MACs pigments last forever.
