I heard in NY/NJ hospital student DRs. do cheap cosmetic surgery, and almost for no cost?

Dont really know that area, but remember you get what you pay for. Cosmetic surgery can go really bad. You cant go by the price you need to check the doctors out before hand...I heard in NY/NJ hospital student DRs. do cheap cosmetic surgery, and almost for no cost?
Isn't this a case where you'd be really worried about getting what you paid for?

Discount plastic surgery sounds like a bad idea to me.I heard in NY/NJ hospital student DRs. do cheap cosmetic surgery, and almost for no cost?
The students might butcher your face.
It is illegal for resident physicians to do surgery without the supervision of an attending surgeon. Could it happen? Sure. But the residents would be risking the loss of their license and criminal charges.
a little advice... you pay for what you get.... you want to go to a doctor who is quality NOT quantity!!! A dr. who truly cares about the work that as well as their patients they do is key, you don't want to go to a dr. who is cheaper but in the long run you will end up paying more for reconstruction. Good luck to you!
Why would you want a student to do something like plastic surgery? Not that students don't know what they are doing but really...when it comes to plastic surgery I think money shouldn't be an option. You know what they say, the cheaper something is the more problems it will give you in the end. You can buy that cheap shirt and only wear it once or you can spurge and buy the expensive one and know that it will last a LONG time..same thing with surgery, chances are, if you go to a cheap doctor you WILL pay for it in the end. Maybe not but why take the chance?
