Doctors who do these surgeries are plastic surgeons. The surgery is elective. Not much chance of finding a board certified, reputable surgeon to do elective surgery at a bargain price. You could call 2 or 3 in your area to get a price range, then give up some other luxuries to save money, work overtime, whatever it takes if it is really important to you.
