The only other super cheap ones I can think of are Wet N' Wild and New York Color (N.Y.C) Cosmetics.

Try L'Oreal H.I.P. High Intensity Pigments. They have a variety of shadow duos, cream shadows, pigment sticks, loose powder eyeshadows, and lipglosses. (etc.,etc.) They come in bright and bold colors, both shimmery and matte. I would highly recommend it as a cheap cosmetic alternative. I'm sure you'll find something you love!
